| 摘 要： | 目的：动态观察ＲＰＤｓ基牙牙周指数，牙菌斑细菌相对分布，患者唾液流率、酸碱平衡及唾液中变形链球菌数量的变化，以深入了解ＲＰＤｓ对口腔微生态系影响的机制及特点。方法：在预先规定的７个观察期上，根据文献检测基牙牙周指数ＰＬＩ、ＧＩ，ＧＢＩ，采用刚果红负染色涂片镜检法检测基牙龈下菌斑细菌相对分布变化；收集患者５分钟非刺激性全唾液于干燥清洁内，计算单位时间内唾液分泌总量，采用塑料条法检测唾液中变形链球菌数
