金水宝减少脑外伤患者急性肾损伤的发生

目的：观察金水宝能否减少脑外伤患者急性肾损伤（AKI）发生率,从而起到预防脑外伤患者发生AKI的作用。方法：对2008-12～2009-12收入我院脑外科63例患者随机分为两组,金水宝组33例和对照组30例,记录患者发病时一般情况,采用急性肾损伤网络（AKIN）关于AKI分级标准,分别于入院时或入院第24小时内、入院第3d、入院第7d、入院第14d测量血肌酐（Scr）。结果：与对照组相比,AKI发生率分别为金水宝组1例（3.0%）、对照组7例（23.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：金水宝可以减少脑外伤患者AKI发生率,可以起到预防脑外伤患者发生AKI的作用。

JINSHUIBAO DECREASES THE RATE OF ACUTE KIDNEY INJURY IN TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY PATIENTS

Objective：To investigate whether jinshuibao can decrease the rate of acute kidney injury and afford renoprotective effect in traumatic brain injury patients.Methods：The traumatic brain injury patients admitted to deparment of cerebral surgery were divided in random into a control group including 30 patients and a group treated with jinshuibao including 33 patients.Acute kidney injury（AKI） was using acute kidney injury network（AKIN） staging criteria for changes in serum creatinine（Scr）.The concentrations of Scr were got on admission or within 24 hours after admission,the 3th day,the 7th day and the 14th day after admission respectively.Results：Compared to the control group,the rate of AKI in the group treated with jinshuibao was lower（P0.05）. Conclusion：Jinshuibao can decrease the rate of AKI and afford renoprotective effect in traumatic brain injury patients.
