高压氧暴露对小鼠不同时期S-180肉瘤的作用

摘    要:探讨高压氧(HBO)对不同时期小鼠S-180肉瘤的作用。采用电子自旋共振(ESR)检测了荷瘤小鼠在不同时间内经HBO暴露后肉瘤组织中氧自由基(OFR)含量,并观察了肉瘤的体积、重量、坏死率及小鼠的致死率。结果与对照组相比,HBO组动物肉瘤中OFR含量非常显著增高(P<0.01);肉瘤体积和重量显著降低;其坏死率增高,且坏死所需时间短;动物成活率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论HBO暴露能够增加体内OFR,HBO本身具有抑制早期小鼠S-180肉瘤生长速度和加速荷瘤坏死的作用,但对肉瘤接种7d才进行HBO暴露的动物,与对照组相比,则未显示出明显差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract:IM Investigation of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)effects on S- 180sarcoma of mice at different peri-ods with relation to biological theory of the oxygen free radicals.METHODS The contents of oxygen free radieals(OFR)before and after S-180sarcoma inoculation at different time of HBO exposure were measured by means of electron spin resonance(ESR)technique,at the same time,observations were made on the volume, weight and necrosis rate of the sarcoma tissue,and also the fatality rate in each group. RESULTS The OFR content in sarcoma tissue in the HBO groups were significantly higher than that of the control group; the volume and weight of sarcoma tissue were obviously smaller and lighter;the necrosis rate of sarcoma tissue and the survival rate of mice were higher and the time re-quired for necrosis was shorter than that of the control group (P<0. 01 ),CONCLUSION The con-tent of OFR will be increased through HBO exposure and HBO itself has the function of inhibiting the growth rate of sarcoma tissues in the early stage and accelerating the necrosis of sarcoma; but there were no significant difference between the mice treated with HBO at the 7th day of S -180 sarcoma inocu-lation with those animals of the control group.
