| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中药灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的过程中认知干预的作用.方法 64例慢性前列腺炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组仅采用中药灌肠治疗,研究组的患者中药灌肠治疗同时运用心理认知疗法 ,连续治疗10天后,用NIH-CPSI、SCL-90进行疗效评定,观察认知干预对CP患者心理症状和躯体症状的影响.结果 与对照组比,①干预组患者心理不适明显减少;②干预组患者躯体症状也有一定程度缓解.结论 认知干预能起到减轻CP患者心理不适、缓解躯体症状的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of cognitive Therapy in combination with herbal enema in treatment of Chronic Prostatitis. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into study group(n=32) and control group(n=32), The former received of cognitive therapy in conbination with herbal treatment, and the latler only received herbal treatmeat. All patients were evaluated with NIH-CPSI and SCL-90 after 10 days treatment. Results The improvement of study group was greater than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Cognitive therapy in combination with herbal enema has effect on the patients with Chronic Prostatitis by decreasing psychological inadaptability and physical symptoms. |
