| 摘 要： | 论述了军队中小医院科技创新的概念和思路,一是坚持用科学发展观指导科技创新,包括坚持“两尊重”,倾力支持,瞄准前沿学科,内外联合、协作攻关,智勇兼备、锲而不舍;二是构建科技创新的方法,包括选准研究方向,打造科技创新团队,搭建创新平台,形成创新机制;三是医院科技创新得到快速发展,医院的科技创新建设步入高级阶段,医学科研硕果累累。
