环氧合酶-2在慢性肝病组织中的表达及临床意义

目的 :研究环氧合酶 (COX-2 )在慢性肝病组织中蛋白表达情况 ,并结合临床进行评价。方法 :采用免疫组化法 ,研究慢性肝炎 3 3例 ,肝炎肝硬变 17例 ,原发性肝癌及癌旁组织 17例中 COX-2的蛋白表达。结果 :COX-2与慢性肝炎病情轻重有关 ,随肝脏炎症程度的加重 ,COX-2表达相应增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;COX-2在活动性肝硬变显著高于静止性肝硬变 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;原发性肝癌组织 COX-2不表达或低表达 ,癌旁组织中 COX-2表达强度在炎症型要显著高于硬化型和单纯型 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :COX-2的过度表达 ,可能参与了肝脏的炎症过程 :对肝纤维化、肝硬化乃至原发性肝癌的发生、发展无直接的始动和促进作用

Significance of cyclooxygenase -2 expression in human chronic hepatosis tissues

Objective:To study the significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression in human chronic hepatosis tissues.Methods:The COX-2 protein was investigated in 33 chronic hepatitis,17 hepatic cirrhosis,17 primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC) and corresponding adjacent nontumorous tissues with immunohistochemistry.Results:With hepatic inflammation getting worse,the expression of COX-2 also increased(P<0.05).The active cirrhosis expressed COX-2 protein stronger than inactive cirrhosis did (P<0.05),the expression of COX-2 in PHC were negative or low positive , whereas PHC inflammatory type expressed COX-2 protein stronger than other two types such as cirrhosis type and simple type(P<0.05).Conclusion:The result of the present study suggests that COX-2 is involved in hepatic inflammation,and maybe play a little role in hepatic fibrosis,cirrhosis and carcinogenesis of PHC.
