| 摘 要： | 目的对脑出血患者血液流变性进行分析,探讨其临床应用价值。方法对97例脑出血患者进行血液流变学测定,另选健康体检者100例作对照。结果脑出血患者全血黏度、全血低切还原黏度、全血低切相对指数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论脑出血患者广泛存在着血液流变学异常,改善血液流变性的异常对预防动脉硬化及脑血管疾病有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the hemorheology and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods We measured and studied the parameters of hemorheology in 97 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, with 100 healthy as a control group. Results The parameters of hemorheology in the cerebral hemorrhage group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The abnormal variations of hemorheology existed widely in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. It is of great importance to improve the abnormal cerebral hem- orrhage in protecting hemorheology for the patients. |
