| 摘 要： | [目的]研究环维黄杨星D醇质体的体外经皮渗透特性.[方法]分别制备环维黄杨星D醇质体、普通脂质体、过饱和水溶液及35.5%(质量分数)乙醇溶液,采用体外经皮渗透法比较各制剂的体外经皮渗透性.[结果]醇质体可明显提高药物的稳态透皮速率,其增渗比为8.85,促渗效果优于普通脂质体和35.5%乙醇溶液.12 h皮肤中药物滞留量的顺序依次为35.5%乙醇溶液>普通脂质体>醇质体.[结论]与普通脂质体比较,醇质体可明显提高环维黄杨星D稳态透皮速率,有利于药物发挥全身作用.
