摘    要:目的应用经阴道超声检测子宫薄型内膜妇女的子宫动脉和子宫螺旋动脉,评估子宫血流动力学改变。方法子宫薄型内膜组妇女30例,排卵期子宫内膜厚度正常的健康妇女30例为对照组,经阴道超声测量其子宫动脉和子宫螺旋动脉的收缩末期峰值与舒张末期峰值的比值(S/D)、阻力指数、搏动指数。结果子宫薄型内膜组子宫螺旋动脉的S/D、阻力指数、搏动指数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),而两组子宫动脉的S/D、阻力指数、搏动指数差异无统计学意义。结论子宫薄型内膜妇女子宫螺旋动脉S/D、阻力指数、搏动指数高于正常妇女。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the hemodynamic changes of uterine artery and uterine spiral artery in women with thin endometrium using transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods Thirty women with thin endometrium and 30 healthy women with normal endometrium during ovulatory period were enrolled. The systolic diastolic ratio(S/D), resistance index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) of uterine artery and uterine spiral artery were measured using transvaginal uhrasonography. Results The S/D, RI and PI of uterine spiral artery were higher in thin endometrium group than control group(P〈0.05). However, there were no significant differences in S/D, RI and PI of uterine artery between the two groups. Conclusion The S/D, RI and PI of uterine spiral artery are higher in women with thin endometrium than healthy women with normal endometrium.
