超声引导下穿刺活检在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺活检在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对69例常规影像学检查发现附件区包块、怀疑卵巢癌的患者进行超声引导下穿刺活检,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。穿刺后有29例患者进行手术治疗,将穿刺病理结果与手术病理结果相比较。结果 69例穿刺患者中,62例诊断为卵巢癌(原发卵巢癌46例、继发卵巢癌12例),3例为良性病变,4例未获得病理结果。其中29例患者进行手术,穿刺病理结果与手术病理结果符合率89.7%。1例患者出现穿刺部位短时间明显疼痛,余患者无明显不良反应。结论超声引导下穿刺活检方法简单、安全、准确,在严格掌握适应证的情况下,可用于卵巢癌的诊断及鉴别诊断。

Value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosis of ovarian cancer

Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound-guided biopsy in diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Sixty-nine females with suspected ovarian cancer underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy, and histology results were compared with surgical pathology.After ultrasound-guided,29 patients were underment operation,the results was compared. Results Among 69 eases, 62 cases were ovarian cancer （46 cases were primary ovarian cancer, 12 cases were metastatic ovarian cancer）, 3 cases were benign, 4 cases could not get the pathological results. 29 patients underwent operation, the consistency rate of biopsy results and surgical pathology was 89.6%. No major complication induced by biopsy was found, except that one patient had transit post-procedure pain in the biopsy area. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided biopsy is simple, safe and accurate. With clear and strict inclusive criteria, ultrasound-guided biopsy could be used in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
