团队协作在超声引导麦默通乳腺肿块微创旋切术中的作用与价值

目的探讨团队协作在超声引导麦默通乳腺肿块微创旋切术中的作用与价值。方法回顾分析团队协作超声引导麦默通936例共1963个乳腺肿块微创旋切的临床资料，对比分析团队协作与单人操作两种不同的超声引导模式。结果在团队协作超声引导模式下，935例1962个病灶均一次完全切除，切除率99．9％，每个平均6min，平均旋切组织12次。936例患者病理结果阳性率100％，其中931例1957个（99．7％）为良性病变，5例6个（O．3％）为乳腺恶性病变。结论团队协作通过流程式的操作减少了空切、漏切、多切及手术并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。

The role and value of teamwork in rotary cutting breast lamps with vacuum assisted Mammotome system under ultrasound guidance

Objective To investigate the role and value of teamwork in rotary cutting breast masses by Mammotome system under ultrasound guidance. Methods Clinic data of 936 patients with 1963 breast lumps treated with ultrasound guided Mammotome system were retrospectively analyzed. The work efficiency between teamwork and single operator were compared. Results In 1963 breast masses of 936 cases, 1962 masses of 935 cases were cutted out completely, the resection rate was 99.9%, each one need 6 rain and cut 12 times on average,The positive rate of pathology result of all the 936 cases was 100%.1957 masses in 931 cases （99.7%） were benign,6 masses in 5 cases （0.3%） were malignant.Conclusion Compared with the single operation, teamwork can reduce the empty, leakage and unnecessary cut of the operation, and reduce the occurrence of operation complication.Teamwork has obvious advantages, so it is worth promoting operation mode of ultrasound guidance.
