癫痫儿童生活质量的研究

目的:研究癫痫儿童的生活质量(QOL).方法:对100例符合入选标准的癫痫患者和对照者100例,进行癫痫患者生活质量量表-48(QOLIE-48)的评估.结果:癫痫组较对照组QOL明显降低,癫痫的影响、对癫痫的看法、记忆功能、耻辱感、体能、学校行为等多种因素对QOL影响较大.结论:癫痫患儿QOL 明显降低,加强对癫痫儿童的综合治疗,控制痫性发作是提高其QOL的前提,心理干预是提高QOL的关键.

Study of the Quality of Life in Children with Epilepsy

Objective: To study the quality of life in children with epilepsy.Method: The QOLIE-48 was administered to 100 children with epilepsy who met the entry criteria(epileptic group).100 normal children who had the similar personal characters several as control(control group).Result: Compared with control group,QOL score was lower in epileptic group.In decreasing order of importance,these factors were Epilepsy impact,Attitudes toward epilepsy,Memory function,Stigma,School behavior,Physical functioning.Conclusion: QOL in children with epilepsy was lower than normal children.General comprehensive care should be applied to children with epilepsy.Athough adequate drug treatment to control the seizure attacks was important,psychological intervention was in dispensable and it was the key to improve the QOL of epileptic patients.
