| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹部外伤的诊治经验,提高腹部外伤的救治水平。方法以2005年1月至2008年1月间收治的186例腹部外伤患者为研究对象,回顾性分析这些患者的诊治情况。结果 186例中治愈182例,治愈率为97.85%;死亡4例,病死率为2.15%。手术172例,治愈170例,手术治愈率为98.83%。腹腔穿刺阳性,开腹后无需处理共5例,占2.69%。结论详细的临床观察和分析、适时动态的使用特殊检查是早期正确诊断的关键,及时正确的处理则是降低病死率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal trauma to improve the remedy level of abdominal trauma.Methods One hundred and eighty-six cases of abdominal trauma were selected and the diagnosis and treatment data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 186 patients,182 patients were cured(97.85%),4 patients died(2.15%).172 patients were operated,and 170 patients were cured(98.83%).Five patients(2.69%)had false positive abdomino centesis findings for abdominal injury.Conclusion Intensiv... |
