环丙醇类衍生物不育剂对褐家鼠的控制效果

摘    要:目的 观察褐家鼠摄取化学不育剂环丙醇类衍生物的日摄入量、半数不育剂量 (CD50 )值、睾丸病变。方法在实验室条件下分别饲养 ,饲以 1%毒饵 ,10d后处死进行雄性鼠生殖系统病理学观察 ;经口给药并用寇氏法计算其CD50 值。结果 褐家鼠平均日摄取环丙醇类衍生物不育剂药量为 93 .8mg;观察活精子数、计算精子死亡率和附睾溃疡率 ,证实雄性鼠生殖系统受到严重损伤 ;其CD50 值为 115 .88mg/kg(78.0 4~ 172 .0 7mg/kg)。结论 褐家鼠日摄取不育剂药量 93 .8mg可致其中毒并导致不育。

Abstract:Objective To observe the dose of chimical sterlity halo propanediol devivative taking by noway rat ( Rattus norvegicus ) for 24 h ,the value of CD 50 and pathological variety of treating nowagrat. Methods The noway rat was raised separately under laboratory condition and fed with bait containing 1% poison. It was killed after 10 days and then pathological variety of testes was observed. The poison was given orally and then the value of CD 50 was counted with Karber's mothods. Results The average amount of poison per rat taken was 93.8 mg and CD 50 value was 115.88 mg/kg (78.04 a172.07 mg/kg ). The number of live sperms, sperm motality and epididymides ulcer rate was observed, which confirmed that reproductive system of male was seriously damaged by Holo propanediol derivative. Conclusion The results show that the noway rats could be poisoned by taking bait containing 1% poison in 24 h and leaded to sterlity.
