早期人工破膜对妊高征患者引产时产程的影响

目的探讨早期人工破膜对妊高征(PIH)患者引产时产程的影响,以期为妊高征患者适时终止妊娠确定恰当的引产方法。方法160例中、重度PIH患者分为A、B两组,A组缩宫素静脉滴注引产,待自然破膜,B组采用早期人工破膜加缩宫素静滴引产。对两组患者的产程、剖宫产率及产后出血量进行比较。结果与A组相比,B组的潜伏期、活跃期及总产程时间明显缩短(P<0.01),引产者均在破膜后24h内结束分娩,剖宫产率明显下降(P<0.01)。结论早期人工破膜可有效地缩短产程,减少母婴并发症及剖宫产率,是行之有效的引产方法。

Effect of early artificial rupture of membrane on birth process of induced labor in patients with hypertension of pregnancy

Objective To discuss the effect of earlier artificial rupture of membrane (ARM) on birth process of induced labor in patients with pregnany induced hyper tension(PIH), and to ascertain the appropriate method of inducing labor for termination of pregnancy.Methods To divide 160 sufferers who are moderate PIH or severe PIH into A and B groups. B group was adopted earlier ARM to induced labor in addition to oxytocin intranenously; A group was induced labor by dropping oxytocin for natural rupture of membrane. The birth process, the rate intranenously of cutting venter to birth and the bleeding quantity were compared.Results Compared with the group A,the latent period,activity period and total birth process of the group B was shortened clearly(P<0.01). During 24 hours after rupture of membrane,all of sufferer who were induced labor ended the birthing,and the rate of cutting venter to birth descented clearly.Conclusion The method could shorten the birth process effectively and decrease complication of mother and baby and the rate of cutting venter to birth. It is an effective method induced labor.
