| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药保留灌肠加灸法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法：68例病人随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34例。治疗组给予中药保留灌肠配合灸法治疗，对照组给予西药内服治疗，两组各治疗30d。结果：治疗组有效率94．1％，对照组有效率76．5％．结论：中药保留灌肠可以有效改善肠易激综合征病人的腹痛、便秘等症状，疗效大于西药内服疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the treating effect of Retained Enema and Moxibustion In the TCM.Methods:68 patients were divided randomly into two groups,namely,treating group and contrasting group.34 cases in the treating group were treated with Retained Enema and Moxibustion,while 34 cases in the contrasting group treated by the WM therapy only.Time was 30 days for each group.Results: The effective rate of treating group was 94.1% and that of control group 76.5%.Conclusion: Retained Enema of TCM could effectively improve the IBS patient symptom such as Abdominal pain,Diarrhoea,Constipation etc,which was significant better than the WM group. |
