| 摘 要： | 目的 研究被动吸烟对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 用跳台实验检测暴露被动吸烟环境的小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果 被动吸烟后小鼠体质量无显著下降，未见全身反应；低、中、高３个剂量组（分别被动吸烟１支，２支，４支）与对照组比较，跳台潜伏期显著延长（Ｐ〈０．０５），错误次数显著增多（Ｐ〈０．０５）；２４ｈ后第２次跳台实验与第１次跳台实验比较错误次数无显著减少（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 被动吸烟可不同程度地影响小

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the effects of passive smoking on ability of learning and memory in mice. MethodsThe ability of learning and memory was tested with step down test in 30 mice passively exposed to cigarette smoking. ResultsThe latency of step down in mice of the exposed group was significantly shorter than that of the control group ( P < 0.05 ), while the number of errors in the former was higher than that of the latter( P < 0.05 ).No significant difference was found among groups in body mass. The number of errors in second step down test in 24 h is not lower than that in first step down test in exposed groups ( P > 0.05 ). ConclusionPassive smoking can lower ability of learning and memory. |
