| 摘 要： | 目的:总结睑袋矫正的经验,提高临床治疗效果。方法:56例睑袋依其局部病理解剖变化分为4种类型,各类型采用不同术式以切除、提吊、固定整复。结果:56例患者术后效果皆满意,未出现下睑外翻等并发症。结论:在睑袋整复术中应根据其不同的成因、局部病理变化而采用不同术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the expeience of treating ptosis of lower eyelid and impove the efficacy of ciinical treatment.Methods 56 cases were divided into 4 styles according to their patho-Anatomy.each style was reducted with related cut-off,prosthesis,lift-up or let-down,or fixation.Results All of these 56 cases obtained superior results without any serios complication.Conclusion The different methods might be used according to their diferent causes and patho-Anatomy. |
