左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的外科治疗

目的探讨左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的手术治疗方法。方法回顾分析1995年至2002年我科收治148例左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻不同手术方式治疗效果,并对5年生存率进行随访,对结果进行统计学分析。结果Ⅰ期手术切除吻合和Ⅱ期手术患者5年生存率分别为50.84%和20.29%,并发症发生率19.12%和17.50%,病死率4.40%和3.75%。结论左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期手术切除吻合术是安全、可靠的,疗效满意。

Surgical treatment of acute bowel obstruction caused by the left hemicolon cancer

Objective To imestigate the method of the surgical operation in acute obstruction caused by the left hemicolon cancer. Methods The different therapeutic efficacy of the 148 cases suffering fiom acute obstruction caused by the left hemicolon cancer from 1995 to 2002 was evaluated retrospectively. Statistical analysis was applied in the follow - up analysis of 5 - year survival rates. Results All the patients had been surgically treated with one - stage tumor reseaion and anatomosis, the 5 - year survival rates, the rates of complication and the postoperative mortality were 50, 84%, 19, 12% and 4.40% whereas with the two phrase surgical operation were 20,29%, 17.50% and 3.75%, Conclusion The one - stage tumor resection and anatomosis is safe and its effect is satisfactory for the patients with intestinal obstruction caused by left hemicolon cancer.
