产程中肛门检查与阴道检查对产妇及胎儿的影响

目的产程中用肛查（肛查不清时再用阴道检查）与直接用阴道检查的方法进行探讨、观察、比较。方法将临产产妇随机分为肛查和阴道查两组,每组各300例,比较两组的母婴感染情况。结果两组在宫内感染等产褥感染、会阴切口感染及胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息方面差异均无统计学意义。结论观察产程进展在待产室中清洁外阴的条件直接用阴道检查能避免肛查的弊端且不增加母婴感染率,是可行的。
