| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨巨型垂体泌乳素腺瘤合理有效的治疗方式。方法:采用手术全切除及手术与γ-刀联合治疗160例巨型垂体泌乳素腺瘤,并对其疗效进行对比分析。结果:联合治疗组较手术全切除组患者复发率低,且术后并发症少而轻。结论:手术与γ-刀联合治疗为巨型垂体泌乳素腺瘤更有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reasonable and effective therapeutical methods in the treatment of gigant prolactinomas.Methods:160 cases of gigant prolactinomas treated by completely excision with operation or operation associated with gamma knife was studied retrospectively.Therapeutical effects were also analyzed.Results:Contrasted clearly with 90 cases of completely excision with operation,70 cases of operation associated with gamma knife had low Postoperative recurrence and syndrome.Conclusion:Operation associated with gamma knife was more effective therapeutical means in treating gigant prolactinomas. |
