摘 要: | 目的检测晚期糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈癌中的表达,分析其在宫颈癌癌变过程中的表达变化以及与宫颈癌临床病理资料的相关性,探讨其在宫颈癌癌变中的可能作用。方法选取宫颈鳞癌患者40例、CIN患者50例及正常宫颈组织30例,采用免疫组化SP法,检测各组患者鳞状上皮组织和间质中RAGE蛋白的表达情况。结果1)RAGE蛋白在正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织、CIN、宫颈鳞癌中均有表达,在三者中的表达逐渐增高;(2)RAGE蛋白在CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ中的表达逐渐增高;(3)RAGE蛋白的表达与宫颈鳞癌的组织分化程度密切相关,在不同分化的宫颈鳞癌中的表达依次为高分化〉中分化〉低分化,而其表达与宫颈鳞癌的临床分期、淋巴转移、血管侵犯无关。结论RAGE在宫颈鳞癌的癌变过程中起了重要的作用,与宫颈鳞癌的组织分化密切相关。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of RAGE in normal ectocervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and squamous cervical carcinoma (SCC) and its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expressions of RAGE protein in epithelial cells and stromal cells were detected by streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical staining, in 40 samples of squamous cervical carcinoma, 50 samples of CIN and 30 samples of normal ectocervical tissue. Results The expression of RAGE was demonstrated in ectocervical tissue, CIN and squamous cervical carcinoma (SCC); which was gradually increasing as the tumor progressing. The expression of RAGE in dysplastic cells was gradually increasing from CIN I , CIN II to CIN Ill . RAGE immunoreactivity was significantly associated with histological differentiation in SCC; the staining scores were significantly higher in well-differentiated tumors compared to moderately and poorly differentiated tumors (P 〈 0.05). However, RAGE expressions were not associated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion. Conclusion RAGE may play an important role during the progress of squamous cervical cancer. The expression of RAGE in tumor cells of SCC is closely associated with histological differentiation. |
