摘    要:目的:探讨桃仁水煎液口服后对小鼠软脑膜微循环的影响。方法:用BI2000图像分析系统和WX-9型微循环显微仪,观察小鼠颅骨开窗后软脑膜微循环的改变。结果:桃仁水煎液连续灌胃10天后使小鼠软脑膜微动脉对去甲肾上腺素缩血管物质的反应性增强。结论:口服桃仁;水煎液可改善小鼠软脑膜微循环。

Abstract:To study the effects of oral peach seed decoction on leptomeningeal microcirculation of mice. Methods: An open cranial window was equipped to directly ob~ serve the changes of leptomeningeal microcirculation by WX-9 microcirculation microscopy. The diameters of pile arterioles and venulae were monitored through BI-2000 Medical Image Analysis System. Results: The effects of pile arterioles to norepienpllrine were enhanced after oral peach seed decoction in mice for the days. Conclusion: Oral peach seed decoction can improve leptomeningeal mi-crocirculation of mice.
