| Abstract: | It is important to improve the teaching quality through reinforcing the teaching team con-struetion. Based on the experiences of school of basic medical science of Wenzhou Medical College in teaching team construction for basic medical courses, the idea and rules, measures and effect were discussed in this paper so as to provide the reference for teaching team construction of local institutes. |
