| 摘 要： | 目的 观察高半胱氨酸（Hcy)与2型糖尿病肾病的关系。方法 应用高压液相分离及荧光法测定48例2型糖尿病病人和25例正常人的血浆Hcy水平。结果 2型糖尿病病人血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常人；合并早期糖尿病肾病的血浆Hcy水平高于无糖尿病肾病者；合并临床糖尿病肾病的血浆Hcy水平高于早期糖尿病肾病者。结论 Hcy血症与2型糖尿病肾病有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To observe the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy) and type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) with nephropathy.\ Methods\ The plasma Hcy level was measured by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection in 48 patients and 25 control persons.\ Results\ The plasma Hcy level was higher in type 2 DM patients than that in control persons,the plasma Hcy level was higher in diabetic nephropathy patients than that in non\|nephropathy patients, and the plasma Hcy level was higher in clinic diabetic nephropathy patients than that in incipient diabetic nephropathy patients.\ Conclusion\ Homocysteinemia is closely related to diabetic nephropathy in type 2 DM. |
