| 摘 要： | 增生性瘢痕由于目前其发病机制还不清楚,给矫形美容外科治疗病理性瘢痕带来了一定的困难.为了解决增生性瘢痕的治疗问题,国内外学者在细胞和分子生物学方面就增生性瘢痕的形成做了大量的研究,取得了不少的成果,开辟了增生性瘢痕治疗学上的新天地。现阐述近年来病理性瘢痕形成的分子生物学机制和增生性瘢痕形成的分子生物学研究进展。

| Abstract: | The orthopedic and cosmetic treatment for hyperplastic scar is difficult because its pathogenesis has not been understood.Therefore,in order to resolve the problems in the treatment of hyperplastic scar,the abroad and home scholars have finished a lot of studies on cell and molecular biology of hyperplastic scar formation and made much achivement.New fields have been exploited in the therapeutics of hyperplastic scar.The advance in molecular biological mechanism of the formation of pathologic and hyperplastic scar in recent years is reviewed. |
