P-选择素在卵巢癌中表达的意义

 目的探讨P-选择素在卵巢癌中的表达及其与卵巢癌预后的关系.方法采用SP免疫组化法对8例正常卵巢组织、8例良性卵巢肿瘤、49例卵巢上皮性癌中的P-选择素进行了测定,并结合临床分期、细胞分化程度进行综合判定.结果P-选择素的阳性表达率为42.86%(21/49),与对照组比有统计学差异(P＜0.01),表达与卵巢癌临床分期(P＜0.05)密切相关.结论P-选择素参与了卵巢癌的侵袭转移,可能是预测卵巢癌预后的指标之一.

Expression of P-selectin in ovarian cancer and its clinical value

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of p - selectin in ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining for P - selectin was performed on 8 normal ovarian tissues, 8 benign ovarian tumors, and 49 ovarian cancers . P - selectin comprebensive analysis of expression was conolucted,taking into account some clinicopathologic parameters, such as clinicd stage and differentiation de- gree of malignant cells,Results Positive P - selectin was observed in 21 of the 49 malignant tissues (42.86%). The difference being significant between the experimental group (malignant tissue) and the control group (normal and benign tissues) (P<0.01).Statistical analysis revealed significant association of P- selectin expression with clinical stage (P<0.05),but no correlation of P- selectin with the degree of differentiation (P>0.05).Conclusions P- selectin may participate in ovarian cancer invasion and metastasis, and it is an independent prognostic factor of ovarian cancer.
