冰黄五苓液直肠滴注对急性脑出血患者内皮素水平的影响

摘    要:目的:观察冰黄五苓液直肠滴注对急性脑出血患者内皮素(ET)水平的影响并探讨其作用机理.方法:将符合诊断标准的138例患者采用单盲法随机分为治疗组76例和对照组62例,另设正常组30例,观察治疗前及治疗后第3、7、14天的血浆ET值.结果:治疗组高峰期ET水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),第7天ET值与正常组、对照组相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05),而第14天ET值则低于正常组与对照组(P<0.05).结论:冰黄五苓液直肠滴注的疗效机理可能与降低急性脑出血高峰期以及整个病程的ET水平、缩短ET值降低到低于正常值的时间有关.

Abstract:Objective:To observe effect of rectoclysis of Binghuang Wuling Liquid on endothelin(ET) level in the patient of acute cerebral hemorrhage and probe the mechanism.Methods:138 cases conformed to diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=76) and a control group(n=62) with single blind,and a normal group of 30 cases was set up.ET levels were observed before treatment and after treatment of 3,7,14 days.Results:The ET level at peak time in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in ET level in the treatment group after treatment of 7 days compared with the normal group and the control group(P>0.05),while ET level in the treatment group after treatment of 14 days significantly lower than that in the normal group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of rectoclysis of Binghuang Wuling Liquid is possibly related with decreasing ET levels at the peak time and the whole duration of illness,and shortening the time of decreasing ET to the level lower than the normal.
