正骨疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的观察正骨疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将79例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组42例，采用正骨疗法治疗；对照组37例，采用枕领带牵引和中华跌打丸内服。2组均10次1个疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果观察组总有效率为90．5％。对照组为62．2％，二组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论正骨疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好，治愈率高．患者易接受，值得临床推广。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF BONE SETTING MANIPULATION ON CERVICALSPONDYLOTIC RADICULOPATHY

Objective To discuss the clinical results of bone setting manipulation on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 79 patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=42)and a control group (n=37). The treatment group received bone setting manipulation. The control group was given a combination therapy: occipito-mandible traction plus orally taken acecloferac and ZhongHuaDieDa-pill. Both of the two groups received ten times treatment for one cycle. The clinical efficacy was observed after two cycles. Results The treatment group produced a response rate of 90.5%, and the control group yielded a response rate of 62.2%. In comparison of these two groups, there was a statistically significant difference,P<0.05. Conclusion Bone setting manipulation is a safe, effective treatment for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy and worthwhile for popularization.
