摘    要: 目的:探索用于靶向载药系统的材料与制剂方法。方法:以溶解淀粉为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,Fe3O4为磁性材料,采用逆相悬浮交联聚合机制合成了中性磁性淀粉微球(ESM,一种用环氧氯丙烷作交联剂的淀粉微球)。以其为原料,用Na3P3O9作交联剂进行二次交联和阴离子化,得到一种阴离子型磁性淀粉微球(TSM,一种用三聚偏磷酸钠作交联剂的淀粉微球)。研究了上述两种微球的表观形态、粒径分布、溶胀性、载药性能和体外磁响应性。结果:两种磁性微球的各项性质符合设计要求。结论:以溶解淀粉代替预糊化淀粉,1~2μm粒径的Fe3O4代替30μm以下小粒径磁质制备磁性微球是可行的。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To search for a method used to make a targeting drug-carried system material and technique.METHOD:The magnetic neutral starch microspheres(magnetic ESM) were synthesized from soluble starch by the counter-suspensiom cross-linking polymerization in the presence of epichlorohydrin as the cross-linking agent and Fe3O4 as the magnetic material.The anion starch microspheres(magnetic TSM) were made of magnetic ESM by the secondary polymerization and anionization using Na3P3O9 as the cross-linking agent.Their surface morphology,size distribution,characters of swelling,adsorbability for drug-carried and magnetic response were studied.RESULTS:A number of properties of two magnetic starch microspheres were in keeping with design.CONCLUSION:It was convenient to use soluble starch as a substitute for pre-gelatinized starch and 1~2μm particle size Fe3O4 as a substitute for that smaller than 30μm size.
