12例HIV/AIDS并发活动性结核患者临床分析

目的：分析HIV/AIDS并发活动性结核感染患者的临床特点,探讨HIV并发结核的发生与患者免疫状态的相关性,为做好HIV/AIDS并发活动性结核患者的治疗与管理提供科学依据。方法：回顾性分析12例HIV/AIDS并发活动性结核患者的病例资料,对临床表现、CD4＋T淋巴细胞、PPD、ESR、TBAb及结核蛋白芯片等实验室检查结果进行分析,将所有资料数值用EXCEL建立数据库。结果：本研究共收集HIVAIDS并发活动性结核患者12例,HIV合并结核患者临床表现多样,以体重减轻和发热为主;男女患病率1.4∶1,中位年龄（41.25±8.23）岁,感染途径多以血液及性传播为主;实验室检查PPD、ESR、TBAb及结核蛋白芯片阳性率较低;HIV/AIDS并发活动性结核感染时患者的CD4＋T淋巴细胞显著减少,均值为（134.8±153.4）×106/L。结论：HIV/AIDS并发活动性结核患者临床表现多样,免疫力低下,应加强对这类患者的筛查。

Study of clinical characters in patients of acquired immune deficiency syndrome with TB infections

Objective： To investigate the clinical characters in acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients with TB infections. Method.. 12 cases of AIDS/TB patients were enrolled in the study and analyzed retrospectively. Result：The clinical manifestations in 12 HIV/AIDS with TB infections were fever and loss of weight. The ratio of male to female is 1.4 ： 1 and the median age is（41.25±8.23） years old. The main route of transmission is by blood and sex. Patients have a serious immune deficiency during diagnosing, the median count of CD4＋ T cells is （134. ±153.4）×10^6/L. Conclusion： HIV/TB had various clinical manifestations. They were in the late stage of HIV/AIDS. More attention should be given to those patients.
