| 摘 要： | 目的：评价会阴部软组织缺损行封闭式负压引流（vacuum sealing drainage,VSD）联合结肠造口治疗的护理效果。方法：总结我科对16例严重会阴部软组织缺损患者行VSD联合结肠造口治疗,评价治疗效果,分析护理体会。结果：13例患者经过一次VSD治疗后肉芽组织生长新鲜,3例患者经过多次VSD治疗后创面肉芽生长新鲜,经过植皮完全闭合,16例完全愈合。结论：对严重会阴部软组织缺损行VSD能够减少炎症反应,促进肉芽生长,促进愈合。联合结肠造口可以避免会阴部创面粪便污染,同时满足患者营养摄入,是此类患者的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the nursing efficacy of perineum soft tissue defect treated with vacuum sealing drainage and colostomy. Method： 16 patients with severe perineum soft tissue defect were treated with vacuum sealing drainage and colostomy in our hospital. The data were summarized to evaluate treatment effects and show our experience. Result： Results After 1 time VSD treatment,local wound granulation tissue was fresh in 13 patients. The other 3 patients obtained the same outcome after skin grafting. The skin grafting was obtained when the granulation was fresh after several VSD treatments. All patients obtained completely healing. Conclusion： VSD can relieve the inflammatory reaction in patients with severe perineum soft tissue defect,promote the growth of granulation and wound healing. Colostomy can avoid fecal pollution in the perineum wound and meet the nutritional needs. Combined utilization is the best choice for patients with severe perineum soft tissue defect. |
