氯氮平致抗精神病药恶性综合征1例

1病情介绍 患者,男,49岁。因＂发热5d,意识不清3d＂入院。患者自2014-05-17起出现持续发热,无明显寒颤、咳嗽咳痰,有恶心呕吐伴反复腹泻,饮食差,最高体温40℃,在社区医院拟诊为＂急性肠炎＂,予以抗感染治疗后体温无下降。19日突发神志不清,呼吸急促,四肢僵硬伴颤动,测体温39℃,24h无尿。

One case of antipsychotics malignant syndrome induced by clozapine

To explore the pathogenesis,clinical features,complications and clinical curative effect of neurolepic malignant syndrome（NMS）caused by antipsychotic drugs.Retrospective analysis of clinical data and clinical assessment in 1case of NMS induced by long-term use of antipsychotic drugs,then review the relevant studies.The misdiagnosis rate of NMS is high in clinical work.A high efficient typical antipsychotic drug is prone to lead this disease.And the pathogenesis of NMS is relevant with drug overdose and inappropriate combination treatment.Atypical antipsychotics may cause NMS,but may be occur late.The disease is easy to occur combined with aspiration pneumonia.NMS is an serious complicated disease associated with the antipsychotic drug treatment,which characterized as dystopia,fever,disturbance of consciousness,increased creatine kinase values.We should find NMS in time and avoid misdiagnosis,early diagnosis and treatment is the key to improve the survival rate.
