半椎板入路在椎管内肿瘤手术中应用的可行性及有效性分析

目的探讨半椎板入路在椎管内肿瘤手术中的应用可行性及有效性。方法 2011年9月~2013年9月收治椎管内肿瘤30例,采用半椎板治疗,选择同期行全椎板入路手术治疗的30例椎管内肿瘤患者作为对照组,回顾性分析其临床疗效。结果观察组的肿瘤完全切除率为33.3%,对照组为30%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);但观察组的手术时间、术中出血量和住院天数与对照组存在显著差异,各项指标均优于对照组(均P0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,分别为6.7%vs.26.7%(P0.05)。结论半椎板入路手术治疗椎管内肿瘤可以获得良好的效果,具有一定的应用可行性及有效性。

Analysis of the Feasibility and Effectiveness of Hemilaminectomy Approach for Intraspinal Neoplasms

Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of hemilaminectomy approach for intraspinal neoplasms. Methods 30 cases of intraspinal tumor in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the observation group, and received operations through hemilaminectomy approach. And 30 cases of intraspinal tumor accepted operations through whole laminectomy approach were selected as the control group. The therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05） of the complete tumor resection rate between the observation group and the control group, which was 33.3% vs. 30% respectively. But the indicators of the observation group were better than the control group, such as the operation time, blood loss and hospitalization days （all P 〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 6. 7%, and control group was 26.7% （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Hemilaminectomy approach for intraspinal tumor resection can obtain good effect, which has certain feasibility and effectiveness for clinical application.
