结合简单临床评分和早期预警评分的院前急救护理模式的建立及应用

目的：探讨急危重症患者病情评估系统在院前急救护理中的应用。方法：研究207例急危重症患者应用简单临床评分和早期预警评分评估,并按照院前危重患者救治护理模式实施院前急救护理。比较EWS和SCS评分系统的特点和准确度,以及患者在转运途中病死率、转运并发症发生率、满意度。结果：2种评分系统均可以准确区分患者危重程度并提示并发症的发生可能,观察组患者转运途中病死率、转运并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：2种评分系统相互结合,可以准确判断院前转诊的急危重患者病情,预见风险,降低了转运途中病死率和转运并发症发生率,提高了满意度。

Election and application of the pre-hospital nursing model on critical patients curing with SCS and EWS provided

Objective：To investigate the application of evaluation system for critical patients in pre-hospital nursing.Method：A total of 207 cases of critical patients were evaluated with Leeds earlier warning score（Leeds EWS）and simple clinical score（SCS）.And they were applied with the pre-hospital first-aid and nursing according to the nursing moclel of pre-hospital critical patients.Invesitgate the characteristic and degree of accurancy of these two kinds of score system.Rate of mortality,complication during transfer and degree of satisfaction were also explored.Result：2 kinds of score system could gave accurate result on distinguishing outcome and possibility of complication occurrence in critical patients compared with control group.Rate of mortality and complication during transfer were lower,but degree of satisfaction was higher in observed group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of these 2 kinds of score system could help us estimating the conditions of pre-hospital transferred critical patients,predicting potential risk.This model decreased risk of severe patients in transferred procedure,and improved degree of satisfaction of pre-hospital nursing.
