| 摘 要： | 目的 阐明硬、软蒺藜两者药效学关系。方法 选择抗血栓，镇痛，抗炎，抗惊厥，安神等指标对硬、软蒺藜水提物进行比较药效学研究。结果 二者均有显著的抗血栓及镇痛作用，对慢性炎症过程亦呈现明显的对抗作用，均无对抗戊四唑诱发惊厥的作用，亦未显示有效的安神催眠作用。结论 硬、软蒺藜在诸药理作用方面功效相似。

| Abstract: | Objective To explain the relationship between the fruit of Tribulus terrestris and the fruit of Atriplex centralasiatica. Methods A comparative pharmacological study on the aqueous extracts of these two kinds of fruits in regards to the traditional action of the fruit of T terrestris was made. Results These two kinds of aqueous extracts both had remarkable antithrombotic and analgesic activity. They both expressed prominent anti -chronic inflammatory effect. They did not express anticonvulsive action induced by pentazol and also did not show a valid mentally tranquilizing effect. Conclusion These two kinds of fruits expressed similar actions in all pharmacological studies. |
