痰热清注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发烧的临床疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将上呼吸道感染患儿80例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用痰热清注射液以0.6-0.8ml/kg·d加入5%葡萄糖溶液100-250ml中静滴,对照组用双黄连注射液1-2ml/kg·d加入5%葡萄糖溶液100-250ml中静滴,评定疗效。结果治疗组40例病人中痊愈24例,显效9例,有效6例,总有效率97.5%。结论痰热清注射液治疗上呼吸道感染起效快、效果好、无不良反应、,值得临床推荐和应用。

Clinical effect observation with Tan Re Qing injection for treat Childron's Upper Respiratory Infection

Objective To Observe the clinical effect using TRQ injection in curing infection of upper respiratory track of little children. Methods Automaticy Divided 80 children of upper respiratory track infected into two groups:one is treated group and the other is comparable group. In the treated group, mix the tan re qing into the 5% GS at ratio of 0.6-0.8ml/kg.d, then take 100-250ml of this solution injected into each child. In the comparable group, mix the ShangHuanLian injection into the 5% GS at ratio of 1-2ml/kg.d, and then inject 100-250ml of this solution into each child. To compare the curative effect of two groups. Results In the treated group : 24 of the whole 40 patients are recovered, 9 patients are showed hiyh effective, 6 patients are effective. The whole rate of efficiency is 97.5%. Conclusion The Tan Re Qing injection is a quick ,effective, no bad response in curing the upper respiratory track infection. So it is very worth for clinical recommendation and application.
