玻璃弹簧负载TiO2对室内空气污染物的降解

摘    要:目的研究玻璃弹簧表面负载不同纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)光催化剂对室内空气主要污染物的降解。方法用溶胶-凝胶法制备未掺杂和3种掺杂金属离子的TiO2光催化剂,在玻璃弹簧填料上浸渍负载制备的光催化剂。用自制的光催化反应器考察其对室内空气主要污染物甲醛和挥发性有机物(VOCs)的降解作用。结果未掺杂和掺银TiO2对甲醛的降解率基本相同,掺镧TiO2对甲醛降解率最高,掺铁TiO2对甲醛的降解率最低;未掺杂、掺银和掺镧TiO2对VOCs的降解率基本相同,掺铁TiO2对VOCs的降解率较低。结论掺杂金属离子对于甲醛的降解效果较为明显,对VOCs的降解效果不明显。

Abstract:Objective To research the degradation of TiO_2 loaded on glass spring to eliminate the main contaminatnt in indoor air.Methods TiO_2 and Threde metal ion doped TiO_2 photocatalysts were prepared on glass spring by sol-gel processing.A homemade photocatalytic reactor was used to evaluate the degraded effect of the TiO_2 photocatalysts on the main contaminant formaldehyde and VOCs in indoor air.Results The degraded rate of no doped and silver-doped TiO_2 to formaldehyde was basically same;lanthanum-doped TiO_2 was significantly improved;iron-doped TiO_2 was the lowest.The degraded rate of no doped,silver-doped and lanthanum-doped TiO_2 to VOCs was basically same,iron-doped TiO_2 was lower.Conclusion The degraded effect of methal ion doped TiO_2 to formaldehyde was prominent,but it was inapparent to VOCs.
