经电子纤支镜高频电刀治疗气道阻塞性疾病的临床研究

目的探讨经电子支气管镜高频电刀治疗气道阻塞性疾病的疗效及安全性。方法对25例气道阻塞性疾病，经电子支气管镜高频电刀切除、电灼扩大管腔，观察疗效及并发症。结果24例（96％）患者解除了气道阻塞，呼吸困难缓解，反复感染消除。高频电刀治疗时发生心跳骤停1例。结论经电子支气管镜高频电刀治疗气道阻塞性疾病疗效好、并发症少，可替代部分外科手术，值得临床广泛应用。

Clinical research on electro-bronchoscopic high-frequency electrocautery treatment of airway obstructive diseases

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of treating airway obstructive disease by high frequency electrocautery via electro-bronchoscope. Method Twenty-five eases of airway obstructive diseases were treated by electrocautery to dilating airway, with curative effects and complications observed. Results Twenty-four patients showed remarkable improvement in clinical conditions. Airway obstruction, dyspnea and relapsing infection were relieved. Cardiac arrest occurred during the course of the treatment in one case. Conclusion High frequency electrocautery is valuable in treating airway obstructive diseases with few complications. It may replace some surgical treatment, but it requires further study.
