不同抗性基因型淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯相对适合度的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究溴氰菊酯对 3种不同基因型淡色库蚊的相对适合度。方法 :培养选育 3种不同基因型淡色库蚊 ,测定它们的产卵力、幼虫孵化率、蛹羽化率、成虫寿命、体重和性比 ,计算其种群参数。结果 :抗性品系 (RR)的产卵力、幼虫化蛹率和世代存活率均明显低于敏感品系 (SS) ;杂合子 (RS)的产卵力、幼虫化蛹率和世代存活率也高于RR ,与SS接近。雌雄成虫平均寿命均以SS最长 ,RS次之 ,RR最短。三品系性比差异无显著性 ,成虫体重RR和RS高于SS。种群参数中 ,SS的净增殖率R0 是RR的 2 .1倍 ,SS的内禀增长力rm 高于RS ,RS高于RR。结论 :淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯产生抗性后 ,相对适合度下降 ,与繁殖不利有关

Abstract:Objective:To study Biotic fitness for three different genotypes of Deltamthrin-resistant Culex pipens pallens. Methods:First, to culture and choose three different genotypes of Deltamthrin-resistant Culex pipens pallens. Then, to observe its fecundity, hatch ratio,eclosion ratio, life-span, sex ratio and weight, finally, to calculate its species prameters. Results:Fecundity percentage of emergence and generation were higher in SS stain than in RR and RS strains, but it was less in RS stain than in SS stain. Average life-span of female and male adult of SS strain was longest in three difference genotypes. Their sex ratio were no significant difference. The weight of RS and RR strains were highter than that of SS strain. The species biotic prameters R 0 of SS strain was 2.1 times higher than that RR strain. Conclusion:It was clear that biotic fitness became lower after Culex pipens pallens producing Deltamthrin-resistant.
