| 摘 要： | 使用鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素制造家兔高胰岛素血症模型，动态地观察了其胰岛素抗性、血脂的变化，分析了高胰岛素血症对动脉壁脂质及其形态学的影响。结果表明：（１）高胰岛素血症短期作用降低家兔Ｔ－ｃｈ、ＴＧ，而其长期作用使Ｔ－ｃｈ、ＴＧ回升；（２）高胰岛素血症可诱发家兔产生胰岛素和抗性动脉粥样硬化。

| Abstract: | Animal model of hyperinsulinemia of rabbits was successfully reproduced by serial daily subcutanous injection of protamine zinc insulin,Dynamic change of insulin resistance,the levels of serum total cholesterol(T-ch)、triglyceride(TG)and glucose(G)were observed,In addition, the contents of cholesterol(A-ch),cholesterol ester(A-CE) and triglyceride(A-TG)in the arterial wall were assayed,We also examimed histologically the arterial wall of the rabbits.The results demonstrated that:(1)the levels of T-ch and TG in hyperinsulinemia rabbits went dwon in phaseⅠ,however,went up in phase Ⅱ;(2)Hyperinsulinemia could induce insulin resistance and led to atherosclerosis in rabbit. |
