| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊柱推拿法对改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿紧张性颈反射残存的疗效。方法将82例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例，治疗组采用脊柱推拿疗法，对照组采用运动疗法。结果2组疗效比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05），在疗效与不同年龄段方面，治疗组也优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论脊柱推拿疗法临床验证疗效确切，操作简单，患儿和家长易于接受，值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Spine Massage to treat children tonic neck reflex in spastic cerebral palsy.Methods82 children with spastic cerebral palsy who exist tonic neck reflex to be divided into 2 groups randomly.The treatment group was given Spine Massage and the control group was taken exercise therapy.ResultsCompared to 2 groups,There had significant difference(P<0.05).Also the different age grades had deviation in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Spine Massage for children who exist spastic cerebral palsy with tonic neck reflex is accurate,furthermore,the children age is smaller,and the curative effect is better. |
