原发性高血压与HLA-DRB等位基因相关的研究

目的：分析高血压患者的遗传易感性的遗传性背景。方法：采用PCR-SSP技术对病例组56例、正常对照组104例进行HLA-DRB等位基因分型。结果：HLA-DRB1*12等位基因频率显著高于正常组，并与发病年龄密切相关，即发病年龄越早，与DRB1*12的关联强度越大。HLA-DRB1*03也出现随发病年龄的提前，而显示出明显的关联趋势。结论：HLA－DRB*12是高血压病的相关基因，与该病的遗传易感性有较密切关系。

CORRELATION BETWEEN ESSENTIAL HYPERTENTI0N AND HLA-DRB ALLELES

Objective: T0 analyse the hereditary susceptibility by typing HLADRB alleles in essentialhypertensive patients. Methods: Type the allele of HLA DRB by PCR-SSP sequencing technic in 56hypertensive patients and 104 normal contro1s. Results: The frequency of HLADRB * 12 allele in the threehypertensive groups was markedly higher than that in the normal group and associated with the onset of thedisease singificantly. The earlier the onset of the disease, the more the correlation arised. As was samiliar tothe HLADRB * 03 allele. Conclusion: HLADRB * 12 allele was correlative gene of hypertension and muchmore heredity susceptibility for essential hypertension.
