基质金属蛋白酶-9在胆管癌中的表达与侵袭转移的关系

目的探讨MMP-9在胆管癌中的表达及意义.方法应用免疫组化学(SP法)检测55例胆管癌MMP-9表达情况.结果在胆管癌中加MMP-9阳性表达显著高于正常胆管组织.在胆管乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌、粘液腺癌和腺鳞癌中,MMP-9阳性表达与组织类型无关.MMP-9阳性表达与组织分化和临床分期显著相关.在有淋巴结转移组,MMP-9阳性表达显著高于淋巴结未转移组.结论MMP-9阳性表达与胆管癌侵袭转移关系密切,MMP-9检测将有助于评估肿瘤侵袭转移潜能.

Expression of MMP-9 in cholangiocarcinoma and their significance

Objective To explore the expression of MMP- 9 in cholangiocarcinoma and their significance.Methods The expression of MMP - 9 in 55 cases cholangiocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical (SP) method. Results The positive rates of MMP - 9 expression in Cholangiocarcinoma was significantly higher than those in normal bile duct tissues (P < 0.01) . The positive expression of MMP - 9 were not correlated with histological type ( P > 0.05). Statistically speaking, the positive expression of MMP- 9 were associated with differentiation and clinical stages (P < 0.01) . The positive expression rates of MMP - 9 with lymphatic metastasis was higher than those without lymphatic metastasis, the difference was significant (P < 0.01) .Conclusion There is correlation between the positive expression of MMP- 9 and invasion or metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma. The detection MMP- 9 may be useful for evaluating the invasive and meta-static potential of cancer.
