摘    要:目的研究本院外科手术部位感染(SSI)的病原菌分布及其耐药性,以指导临床用药。方法采用VITEK-32AMS System对医院2003年1月~2006年9月临床标本进行细菌培养并检测多种抗生素的耐药性;采用WHONET 5软件进行统计和分析。结果医院感染中SSI的发生率为9.6%;SSI的病原菌中,革兰阴性杆菌占48.0%,革兰阳性球菌占40.8%,真菌占11.2%。亚胺培南对肠杆菌科细菌敏感率高达100.0%,亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦对非发酵菌的敏感率均为93.3%,耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌(MRS)检出率为82.2%,万古霉素耐药肠球菌(VRE)检出率为11.8%。结论应加强SSI的感染菌和耐药性的监测,采用合理预防控制措施,能减低SSI的发生。
