| 摘 要： | 目的研究本院外科手术部位感染（SSI）的病原菌分布及其耐药性，以指导临床用药。方法采用VITEK-32AMS System对医院2003年1月～2006年9月临床标本进行细菌培养并检测多种抗生素的耐药性；采用WHONET 5软件进行统计和分析。结果医院感染中SSI的发生率为9．6%；SSI的病原菌中，革兰阴性杆菌占48．0％，革兰阳性球菌占40．8％，真菌占11．2％。亚胺培南对肠杆菌科细菌敏感率高达100．0％，亚胺培南、哌拉西林／他唑巴坦对非发酵菌的敏感率均为93．3％，耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌（MRS）检出率为82．2％，万古霉素耐药肠球菌（VRE）检出率为11．8％。结论应加强SSI的感染菌和耐药性的监测，采用合理预防控制措施，能减低SSI的发生。
