| 摘 要： | [目的]通过动物实验应用疏肝解郁中药以方测证,以期揭示肝郁及胃的病理生理基础。[方法]绑带束缚14 d后致大鼠肝郁。观察比较正常组、肝郁组、复健组大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学变化,检测大鼠胃液中游离黏液量、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及胃黏膜组织匀浆液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。[结果]肝郁组大鼠胃黏膜出现炎性改变,余2组无显著变化;肝郁组大鼠胃液中游离黏液量、PGE2水平低于其余2组,且胃黏膜组织匀浆液中的SOD、NO水平均低于其余2组,MDA高于其余2组。[结论]疏肝解郁中药可有效预防肝郁及胃病理变化,增强胃黏膜防御保护功能。
