综合护理干预对脑卒中患者焦虑、抑郁状态及生活质量的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对脑卒中患者焦虑、抑郁状态及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年11月1日~2019年9月30日山东大学齐鲁医院收治的脑卒中患者68例,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预;比较两组治疗前后抑郁采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、焦虑采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]状态及生活质量采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:治疗4个月后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),对照组HAMA评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗8个月后,两组HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SF-36中生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预方法可显著改善脑卒中患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Anxiety,Depression and Quality of Life of Stroke Patients

Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety,depression and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 68 cases of stroke patients admitted to Qilu hospital of Shandong university from November 1,2018 to September 30,2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.DepressionHamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)],anxietyHamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],and quality of lifeshort from health survey(SF-36)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 months of treatment,the HAMD score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 months of treatment,HAMA score in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 and 8 months of treatment,HAMA scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health in SF-36 in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of stroke patients,and promote their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
