多学科团队协作模式在促进前列腺癌术后患者快速康复中的应用

目的:探讨多学科团队协作(MDT)模式在促进前列腺癌术后患者快速康复中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2016年1月1日~2017年12月31日50例行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的患者作为对照组,接受前列腺癌围术期常规护理;选取2018年1月1日~2019年7月31日45例行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的患者作为观察组,接受MDT护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率、快速康复指标、心理状态采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量采用WHO生活质量简表(WHO QOL-BRE)]和护理后满意度评分。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(χ2=4.432,P=0.035);观察组首次下床活动时间、肛门通气时间、引流管拔除时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);两组护理后SAS、SDS、WHOQOL-BRE评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MDT模式能有效减少前列腺癌术后患者并发症的发生,促进患者快速康复,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高患者生活质量和满意度。

Application of Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration Model in Promoting Enhanced Recovery after Surgery of Patients after Prostate Cancer Surgery

Objective:To explore the application and effect of multidisciplinary team collaboration(MDT)model in promoting enhanced recovery after surgery of patients after prostate cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 50 patients receiving laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 were selected as the control group to receive routine perioperative care for prostate cancer.From January 1,2018 to July 31,2019,45 patients receiving laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer were selected as the observation group and received MDT care.The incidence of postoperative complications,indicators of enhanced recovery,psychological status(using SAS and SDS),quality of life(using WHO QOLBRE),and satisfaction score after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.432,P=0.035).In the observation group,the first out-of-bed activity time,anal ventilation time,drainage tube removal time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).The SAS score,SDS score and WHO QOLBRE score after nursing were all lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of all dimensions of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT model can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with prostate cancer,promote rapid recovery,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve patients′quality of life and satisfaction.
