尊严疗法联合人生回顾干预对老年食管癌手术患者的影响

目的:探讨尊严疗法联合人生回顾干预对老年食管癌手术患者的影响。方法:将135例接受手术治疗的老年食管癌患者随机分为观察组67例和对照组68例,对照组给予尊严疗法进行干预,观察组在此基础上联合人生回顾干预,比较两组干预效果。结果:两组干预后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及自尊总分、各因子得分低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后HAMA评分、HAMD评分及自尊总分、各因子得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后生活质量评分、希望水平高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后生活质量评分、希望水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尊严疗法联合人生回顾干预在老年食管癌手术患者中应用效果较好,可显著改善患者希望水平、生活质量及负性情绪,提升患者尊严水平。

Effects of Dignity Therapy Combined with Life Review Intervention on Elderly Patients Undergoing Esophageal Cancer Surgery

Objective:To explore the effect of dignity therapy combined with life review intervention on elderly patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 135 elderly patients with esophageal cancer receiving surgical treatment were randomly divided into the observation group(67 cases)and the control group(68 cases).The control group was given dignity therapy for intervention,and the observation group was given life review intervention based on the control group.The effect of intervention between the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),total self-esteem and all factors in the two groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA,HAMD,total self-esteem and all factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score and expectation level of the two groups after intervention were higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),while the quality of life score and expectation level of the observation group after intervention were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dignity therapy combined with life review intervention is effective in elderly patients with esophageal cancer surgery.It can significantly improve patients′expectation level,quality of life,negative emotions,and patients′dignity level.
