维持性血液透析患者疾病不确定感现状及影响因素分析

目的:调查维持性血液透析(MHD)患者疾病不确定感现状,分析其影响因素。方法:2018年11月1日~2019年3月31日,选取四川省内某三级甲等医院血液净化中心符合纳入标准的278例患者作为研究对象,运用一般资料调查表、疾病不确定感量表、社会支持评定量表作为研究工具,调查其疾病不确定感。结果:MHD患者疾病不确定感总分为(88.89±6.78)分,社会支持总分为(36.85±6.35)分,均呈中等程度;多元线性回归分析显示,受教育程度、工作现状、透析时间及社会支持是MHD患者疾病不确定感的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:MHD患者存在不同程度的疾病不确定感,医护人员应根据其相关影响因素为患者提供个性化的干预措施,从而降低患者疾病不确定感水平,提升其心理应对能力。

Analysis of Disease Uncertainty and Influencing Factors in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To investigate the status of disease uncertainty in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:From November 1,2018 to March 31,2019,278 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the blood purification center of a Grade III Class A hospital in Sichuan province were selected as the research objects.The general data questionnaire,disease uncertainty scale and social support rating scale were used as the research tools to investigate their sense of disease uncertainty.Results:The total score of MHD patients′disease uncertainty was(88.89±6.78),and the total score of social support was(36.85±6.35),all of which were moderate.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education,job status,dialysis time and social support were the main influencing factors on MHD patients′disease uncertainty(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:MHD patients have varying degrees of disease uncertainty,and medical staff should provide personalized intervention measures for patients according to their relevant influencing factors,so as to reduce the level of disease uncertainty and improve their psychological coping ability.
